The annotations provided at the original site are not in the Pascal VOC format. You can read more about the data set here. These annotations provided are in the Pascal VOC format compatible with state-of-the-art model architecture for object detection. The rest of the annotations (test and validation) would be made available in due time. The direct link for the original annotations can be found here.

This repository is greatly inspired by deeplearning.ai deep learning specialisation by Andrew Ng and Tensorflow Professional Certificate by Lawrence on coursera. It containes my organised notes/thoughts on deep leanring after completing both courses. It was recently created for a presentation to my peers with whom I work with at school on a project.
